A mold primarily for piercing and blanking, cutting the plate-shaped raw material into desired shapes using sharp punches and dies.

The clearance between the punch and die, known as clearance, is very crucial, and the thinner the raw material, the more precision is required. We have secured processing and assembly technology with clearance of less than 1μm.

This mold stamps special materials for brazing into desired shapes. Large punch and die made of ultra-hard material increase mold lifespan and stabilize quality.
